Q: Why is my player data showing old stats?
A: CoC API refreshes every few minutes. If data looks stale, wait 10 minutes and search your tag again. If the problem persists after 30 minutes, use the contact form.
Q: Is ClashOS affiliated with Supercell?
A: No. ClashOS is a fan-made tool built independently. We use the official public Clash of Clans API.
Q: Can I request a new feature?
A: Absolutely. Many ClashOS improvements start as player suggestions. If you have an idea that would make the site more useful, send us a message and we'll consider it for future updates.
