Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing and utilizing the ClashOS website, tools, and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Service.

2. Independent Fan Project

ClashOS is an independent fan-created website and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Supercell Oy. Clash of Clans and related assets are trademarks of Supercell Oy.

3. Service Description

ClashOS provides a suite of analytical tools, tracking utilities, and informational guides specifically designed for players of the mobile game Clash of Clans. The Service allows users to input their public player tags to retrieve statistical data, plan Clan Wars, and access written strategy content. ClashOS is provided entirely as a free, fan-made resource. We reserve the unequivocal right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.

4. Prohibited Use

To maintain the integrity and performance of ClashOS, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • No reverse-engineering ClashOS: You may not decompile or attempt to extract the source code of our tools.
  • No automated scraping: The use of bots, spiders, or automated scripts to bulk-download our data is strictly forbidden.
  • No submitting malicious inputs: Attempting SQL injections, XSS attacks, or exploiting our search fields is an immediate violation.
  • No reproducing guides without permission: Copying entire pages of our strategy content onto other platforms without written consent is prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

All proprietary code, layout designs, original algorithms, trademarks, branding elements, logos, and written content are the exclusive intellectual property of Utkarsh. All original game sprites, troop icons, and building graphics are the exclusive property of Supercell Oy. Short quotes from our guides, accompanied by clear attribution and a direct link back to ClashOS, are acceptable under fair use.

6. CoC API and Supercell

ClashOS relies entirely on the official, public Clash of Clans API provided by Supercell to fetch real-time game data. Because of this architectural dependency, our service's uptime and data accuracy are directly tied to the health of the Supercell API. You acknowledge that we have no control over the API and cannot be held liable for disruptions originating from Supercell's infrastructure.

7. Advertising

To offset the costs associated with cloud hosting, API bandwidth, and ongoing development, ClashOS utilizes third-party advertising networks, primarily Google AdSense. By using the site, you consent to the display of these advertisements. We do not manually curate the individual ads shown to you.

8. Disclaimers

CLASHOS IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Utkarsh and the ClashOS platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the Service. Since ClashOS is a free service, our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Service. Since ClashOS is provided free of charge, this amount will generally be zero.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any given time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice prior to the new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use ClashOS after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
